Position Requirements
Experience
- Professional cleaning experience is required
- Personal or household cleaning experience alone does not qualify
Transportation
- Reliable transportation is required
- Morning meetings may take place in the Yulee / Wildlight area
- Miss MVP Paris does not provide transportation or employee pick-ups
Language
Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in at least one of the following languages:
- English
- Spanish
- French
Physical Requirements
- Stand, bend, squat, reach, and move throughout the workday
- Perform repetitive cleaning motions
- Remain physically active for extended periods
- Safely complete routine residential cleaning tasks
Pre-Employment Requirements
Candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and verification.
- Criminal background screening
- Required drug screening
- Identity verification
- Verification of authorization to work in the United States
- Verification of information provided during the application process
Training & Compensation
Training
New team members complete a structured training process designed to prepare them to meet Miss MVP Paris service and quality standards.
- 80 hours of paid, on-the-job training
- Hands-on instruction and coaching
- Final assessment required before full placement

- Weekly pay
